With a new album on the way Nas has decided to branch out from his usual routine. Nas has decided to contribute to a new ESPN E:60 documentary about the Liberian amputee soccer team. The Queensbridge emcee will lend his voice and music to tell the story of a team that helped heal the wounded nation of Liberia.

The documentary will follow two amputees who were victims of the Liberian Civil War; a war that lasted 14 years and killed over 250,000 people and left millions wounded. Amputees in Liberia are considered perpetrators of the Civil War and most live on the streets and are seen as outcasts. Now if only Kelis could only stop trying to amputate Nas’s dividends I’m sure his life would have a happier ending to this great story.
