Rap legend and fitness enthusiast LL Cool J released a new fitness guide last week. The book, which LL wrote with trainer David “Scotter” Honig, Jim Stoppani and Chris Palmer, provides an 30-day workout program for men and women, detailing 100 step-by-step exercises to help boost metabolic activity and achieve peak condition.
According to LL, the program — ‘LL Cool J’s Platinum 360 Diet and Lifestyle’ — has helped him to achieve his life’s goals, both in and out of the gym, yielding extremely positive results for his career as an artist, actor and entrepreneur.
“Think of P360 as a guide to strengthening the three pillars that make you who you are: your mind, your body, and your soul … you cannot be strong in body without being strong in mind and spirit,” LL explained.
