Hmmm what do we have here… Mariah Carey [Cannon] was spotted out with Nick at a medical clinic. What could be the reason for her visit?

Could she being attempting to tend to a pregnancy or is she starting to get some of those old nervous breakdown tingles in her spine. Hum from the looks of her outfit I’m going to go with the latter suggestion.
