Siohvaughn Wade is firing back at Dwyane Wade… On the same day she was arrested for failure to appear in court, she filed another lawsuit claiming Dwyane abused her and their two sons, physically and emotionally, for years.

In the lawsuit she said the abuse included picking her up and throwing her to the ground while she was pregnant. DAMN homie you suppose to do better. Attached to the lawsuit is a March application for a restraining order, sparked –she claims in the documents — by a recent fight between the Wades that triggered a panic attack.
