He may be getting sued but that didn’t stop Jay from doing his thing on the David Letterman Show last night. Only Jay can rock roof top music like this as he performed “On To The Next One.” Jay-z was spotted chillin in the streets of New York last night afterwards. He seemed to be in good spirits as he threw up the ROC sign and two thumbs up.
