Christina Milian wants a judge to throw out the divorce papers filed by The Dream because she claims that he cheated on her and lied about the status of their relationship.

The Dream claims that he and Christina were legally separated when he filed divorce documments nine days before she gave birth to their daughter. However Christina claims the marriage was not really over then. She also claims that if a divorce is granted it should be because Dream cheated on her.

Looks like she’s not entitled to much because she admits to signing settlement documents in which both of them waived alimony and ownership to the other’s property. But, she claims that he brought the docs to her bedside when she was nine months pregnant in no condition to sign them.
