DMX just can’t catch a break! Hours after being released from jail last week he was pulled over for a traffic violation. With all the trouble he gets into he has to make better decisions even when it is just driving.

According to reports, when the police discovered he did not have a valid driver’s license on him, they gave him a citation and allowed the passenger to drive him home.
