Drizzy Drake escaped the slammer this weekend, when he was almost arrested in Jamaica for his potty mouth. During Mavado’s performance at the Brit Jam Music Festival, he invited Drake to join him on stage and while hyping the crowd, Drake tested out his Jamaican accent and said, “Everywhere me go, me seh Jamaica to the blood clot world”.

According to Miss Info, Drake broke the law by saying “blood clot” which is considered an offensive curse word in Jamaica. The country has an “indecent language” law that prohibits artists from using profanity and offensive language, of which Drake was warned about before hitting the stage.

the only reason Drake didn’t get locked was because the American record labels control a nice percentage of the Jamaican Economy.
