She’s a little bit of Marilyn Manson, a little bit of Lady Gaga, a splash of Cruella de Vil and a lot of rock and roll. Ladies and gentleman, meet Porcelain Black, Lil Wayne’s new artist.

Lil Wayne introduced Porcelain to the world on the first stop of his “I Am Music II” tour in Providence, Rhode Island last week. The glam-rock hottie is a 25-year-old Detroit native, born Alaina Beaton. If all you rockers out there think she looks familiar, that’s because she isn’t a newcomer to the music industry. Porcelain Black used to perform under the alias Porcelain And The Tramps and was formerly signed to Virgin records.
Now, Porcelain Black is with Weezy and the Young Money gang and she’s about to show them what rock and roll really looks like. Her first single “This Is What Rock-N-Roll Looks Like” features Lil Wayne and is slated to hit the airwaves on March 29th.
Her musical style is a mix between industrial metal, glam-rock, a splash of pop-rock and as she would say a little “Britney Spears.” Hmmm…very interesting comparison to Britney Spears, but her music is pretty dope. “My music is like if Marilyn Manson and Britney Spears f*cked and had a kid, that would be me.” Porcelain definitely has some pop elements immersed in her music, but there’s also a lot of the Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails industrial rock sound.
