Burbank Police tells RumorFix that they’re looking for Teyana Taylor after a woman claimed the singer brutally attacked her on April 9. The alleged assault took place at 9:00 p.m. at a recording studio after the victim allegedly made disparaging comments about Taylor’s close friend, Chris Brown.

According to TMZ, Teyana Taylor allegedly got herself caught up in a bit of trouble last Saturday, April 9, when she got in to a fight with an unnamed woman over Chris Brown. Allegedly, Teyana was at a recording studio in Burbank when another female made a comment about Chris and that’s when she flipped out. Police Sources tell TMZ, she punched the girl in the face multiple times, and then began kicking her in the stomach when the girl fell to the floor.
As of yesterday, Teyana had not been arrested for the incident nor have charges been filed. They say when police arrived, she had already left the scene. The alleged victim is said to have some swelling and visible injuries.
This sounds a little out of character for Teyana who has been on the up this year. She’s rumored to have signed with Kanye’s G.O.O.D Music and stars in a new move Madea’s Big Happy Family that will be released this month. Claims that she beat someone down while defending a friend who was charged for the same thing, 2 years ago is definitely gonna give the press a field day if true.
“I’m being accused of something I didnt do,” Taylor tweeted this morning.
Sgt. Robert Quesada tells RumorFix that Taylor is accused of savagely attacking the girl, punching her multiple times and kicking her in the head and stomach while she was on the ground. Because part of the assault involved the victim being kicked while on the ground, Taylor could face felony assault charges.
Detectives want to bring the My Super Sweet 16 star in for questioning to “get her side of the story.” She has not been formally charged with anything as of yet.
