An Atlanta area photographer has filed a lawsuit in Dekalb County against Sean “Diddy” Combs and his entertainment company, claiming the rap mogul’s bodyguards beat him down in a nightclub.

The incident allegedly occurred at a party following the BET Hip-Hop Awards last fall.
