Last month, we reported that rapper Jim Jones was arrested for driving with a suspended license, after police stopped him for driving his Bentley in a bus lane on Broadway. According to reports, the rapper turned down a plea deal yesterday in hopes of getting the misdemeanor offenses down to a simple violation. Jones could be heading to trial. If he’s convicted of the offense, he faces up to 30 days in jail.
