Singer Chris Brown recently celebrated his 22nd birthday party at Club Play in Miami; with special guest Lil Wayne. The V.A. native received a gold plaque for his latest album F.A.M.E. (Forgiving All My Enemies), which debuted at # 1 on the Billboard chart. After six weeks of being in stores, the album has sold over 500,000 copies.
