While comedian Mike Epps was giving the crowd a few laughs during his show in Texas this past weekend, the Jumping the Broom star got served court papers in the middle of his set, and he was not happy.
The lawsuit stems from an incident that took place at a nightclub in Detroit last December in which Mike Epps put his hands on a photographer in a club. In a video that shows him getting served, a woman walks up to the stage in the middle of his comedy act, throws the papers on stage, and walks away.
