Former Cash Money recording artist B.G. was indicted on federal gun and obstruction charges, yesterday Thursday (May 19). The charges stem from a 2009 incident, when the New Orleans native and two other men were arrested when police stopped their car. During the search of the vehicle, law enforcement officers found three guns, loaded magazines and extended clips. Keep reading:

If that’s not enough, two of the three guns were reported stolen. According to prosecutors, “B.G. then conspired with two others to get a 19-year-old associate named Demounde Pollard to claim ownership of the guns, forcing him to sign a false affidavit that cleared the rapper’s name.” As of press, B.G., who is already a convicted felon, faces up to 10 years in prison if he is convicted
