Mercedes Benz Fashion Week has New York City in a frenzy. Prepping for red carpets, pulling exclusive clothing and making an unforgettable impression. Nicki Minaj on the other hand sheds light on how she puts her clothes together during the madness of getting ready for runway shows.

The super bass rapper has been spotted on the streets of New York City, in her intensely hued looks. She showed up to the Prabul Gurung fashion show wearing nothing less than what her “barbz and ken barbz” would expect. Outfitted in pink and purple topped with an oversized hair bow accessory, Minaj was surely making a statement.

In an interview with www.Fashionista.com, Minaj talked about how she puts her clothes together:

“I just think to myself, I really don’t give a damn, I’m going to do what the hell I want, so this is like my dream look, my Harajuku dream look.”

The pint-sized 28-year-old was responsible for the frenzy that took place during the Fashion’s Night Out event in New York City the other day. Fans chased Minaj for blocks and crowded outside the store she shopped in.
