Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce, just 72 days of after marrying Kris Humphries.

TMZ has learned even though the marriage was short, she will not seek an annulment.

It’s a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites “irreconcilable differences.”

Tthe date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011. Rumors of a split had been swirling for some time and the couple were spotted out to dinner earlier this week looking quite unhappy with each other.

I seriously thought they would’ve at least make it to 6 months! Kim pulled a fast one, she raked in 18 million off of her wedding she-bang.
