Before Harlem’s jailed rapper Max-B got sentenced to 75 years in prison, he had the streets on lock. He was that wavy rapper from New York that most people grew to love. Max recently called MouthToEars.com to give his fans an update. In the phone interview, Max Biggaveli revealed that he will be releasing his autobiography The Wavy Baby soon. In the book, Max will discuss his life, growing up in Harlem, and personal relationship with Jim Jones and Chrissy. Max-B also announced that he will be home in December.

Back in April Max’s appeal process was done. He’s just waiting for a letter from the prosecutors to response, which will be the final decision. That decision could be made as early as next week. In June 2009, Max was Convicted of felony murder, aggravated manslaughter, kidnapping, armed robbery and conspiracy. The charges are tied to a 2006 botched robbery attempt of two men in a Fort Lee, New Jersey Holiday Inn.
Max-B is still in contact with his good friend French Montana and is working on a tribute mixtape, which he will dedicate to his former label mate Stack Bundles (God Bless the dead). The tape will be out soon. Listen to the entire interview below:
