TLC has big news! The remaining members T-Boz and Chilli will be working with screenwriter Kate Lanier best known for writing movies “What’s Love Got to Do With It” and “Set it Off” to produce a bio-pic for Vh1.The history of this internationally successful group is worth being televised. They’ve made history and paved the way for groups like Destiny’s Child, 3LW and Blaque. They are a huge bulk of pop culture. Hopefully the news will be a positive force for T-Boz who recently filled for bankruptcy.

“The reality of this brings me to tears” says Chili “because I am seeing one of my dreams come to life. I always felt our story had to be told. What makes it even more amazing is having Kate Lanier on board. I remember watching ‘What’s Love Got to Do With It’ with Lisa, and I knew then whoever wrote that story had to write ours. I will forever be thankful to Jeff Old or believing in our story and going the extra mile to make it happen.”
