Meeka Claxton was first introduced to the reality world back in 2010, as a cast member for season 3 of VH1‘s “Basketball Wives.” The Queens native will not be returning for another season but that doesn’t stop her hustle. Writer @donbleek88 caught up with Claxton for an exclusive interview. We talked about her addiction for shoes, if her image was tainted on BBW, entrepreneurial Pursuits and more. Who are some of your favorite clothing designers?

I like Rachel Roy and Brian Lichtenberg and I love to shop vintage pieces.

What are your favorite style and brand of shoes to wear?

Walter Steiger, Charlotte Olympia, YSL, Fendi and Louboutin.

What’s the most you’ve spent on one pair of shoes?

$3,500, I couldn’t help myself the shoes were hot!

About how much is your shoe collection worth?

I couldn’t honestly say because I have shoes everywhere, at my house in Long Island, at my house in ATL and in storage.  Let’s just say I’m a self-proclaimed shoe hore.

Since exiting BBW, what have you been doing lately?

I’ve launched my movement MDG (Million Dollar Girlz) to help motivate and inspire young teenage females as well as female entrepreneurs. Are you still in contact with any of the other girls from BBW?

No.

What have you learned the most about being on that show?

At the end of the day some people will do anything for a dollar.

Do you feel like your image was tainted?

Being surrounded by 6 females, drama is bound to happen. The show only gave .001% of me. It’s sad but the people that know me know that’s not my style. I do wish that people was able to see the other 99.99% of me. This is why everyone needs to follow me on twitter @MeekaClaxton. People think they know but they have no idea.

Tell us about some of your entrepreneurial pursuits.

I’m the founding partner of Allure Realty Group, the CEO of Million Dollar Girlz, the CEO of Privileged Girls and I’m still building.

What could we expect from you in 2012?

Put it like this…… Just expect to see a whole lot more of me.
