Selling Out Shows Again: Drake Announces Tour With J. Cole, Waka Flocka, 2 Chainz, French Montana & Meek Mill
Last month, YMCMB’s rapper Drake wrapped up his “Club Paradise” U.S. tour. After the success of the first leg of his U.S. tour, Drizzy decided to extend the tour and add a second leg, which will feature J. Cole, Waka Flocka, 2 Chainz, French Montana and Meek Mill. The 27 date tour kicks off May 7 in Concord, California and will make stops in major markets including New York, Philly, Las Vegas, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix and other cities before wrapping up on June 17 in Boston at the Comcast Center. Numbers Don’t Lie: Big Sean’s “A$$” Goes Double Platinum
Congrats to Big Sean, his dance single “A$$” Ft. Nicki Minaj has officially went double platinum, surpassing over two-million sales worldwide. The Detroit native is gearing up to release a G.O.O.D. Music compilation album with Kanye West and the rest of the team. His debut disc, entitled Finally Famous: The album debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200 chart, with first-week sales of 87,000 copies in the US. As of today, the album has sold 318,000 copies in the US.

YMCMB’s femcee Nicki Minaj latest single “Starships” is now platinum. The Hip-Pop single recently reached the one-million mark. This track is Minaj’s most successful single since last year’s “Superbass”. The Queens native will be dropping her sophomore album, entitled Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded next week April 3rd. The disc has collaborations with Lil Wayne, Drake, Chris Brown, 2 Chainz, Rick Ross and others.
