After a few sets backs and delays, 50 Cent is finally ready to release his fifth solo album, entitled Street King Immoral. To support the disc, Fif is gearing up to release the first single from the album, “New Day” Ft. Dr. Dre and Alicia Keys. The single is set to hit iTunes a week from today (July 24). The official artwork for the single was released today Tuesday (July 17). Unlike the cover, we hope the song has more effort put into it.

50 Cent last album, Before I Self Destruct was released in 2009. A few weeks ago, Fif dropped his street album, 5 (Murder By Numbers) which received mixed reviews. Street King Immortal arrives in November. During a recent interview with U.K.’s Digital Spy, 50 announced that Street King Immortal‘s first single features Alicia Keys and Dr. Dre and is set to drop next Tuesday (July 24).
“I released three albums worth of material in the last three months. Big 10 which was celebrating the 10th year anniversary of my first mixtape. The Lost Tape followed that then I released 5 (Murder By Numbers). The next wave of music won’t be out until November. Street King Immortal is the actual studio album being marketed by Interscope. The first single will be out Tuesday (July 24), it’s myself, Alicia Keys and Dr. Dre. I’m excited about this project. It took a lot longer than what it would have had taken as far as I’m concerned creatively. But it worked itself out,” said 50 Cent.
