A$AP Rocky won’t be releasing his solo album until later this year but to hold over the fans, Rocky and his A$AP Mob will be releasing their collaborative album, Lords Never Worry on August 28. “Bath Salt” Ft. Flatbush Zombies serves as the first single off the album. A$AP Rocky will also be hitting the road this fall with Schoolboy Q and Danny Brown.

Rick Ross and his MMG family took their talents to Toronto for Drake’s OVO Festival. In this new Vlog, Dre Films takes us backstage and on stage at the Fest which took place last weekend. Taylor Gang’s leader (Wiz Khalifa) is dropping his sophomore album, O.N.I.F.C. on September 18. The Atlantic Records rapper is on a promo run to promote the album. He recently appeared on Chelsea Handler. During his interview, Khalifa talked to Chelsea Handler about Snoop Dogg changing his name to Snoop Lion, the meaning behind O.N.I.F.C., his inspirations and personal relationship with his father.

Prominent New York DJ, DJ Funk Master Flex premiered DJ Khaled’s new track “Hip-Hop” Ft. Nas, Scareface & DJ Premier on his Hot 97 radio show last night Thursday (August 9). Last night Wednesday (August 8), news broke that rapper Young Jeezy has been named Senior VP of A&R at Atlantic Records. Radio DJ, DJ Greg Street made the announcement on his V103 radio show in ATL. It is also being reported that Jeezy will remain a solo artist on prominent Hip-Hop label Def Jam.

Earlier in the week, we posted Aaliyah’s new track “Enough Said” Ft. Drake which was produced by Noah “40″ Shebib and is rumored to be the 1st single off her new album, which is rumored to be executive-produced by Drake. Many people wondered if Timbaland and Missy were left out on this project and if Aaliyah’s immediate family supported the disc.
