Bronx rapper Denzil Porter drops an exclusive flow for Hip Hop Weekly Mag …

Meet the rapper:

Denzil Porter grew up in the north Bronx, NY with a passion for hip hop music from a young age. In high school, Porter began freestyling and battling, defeating all competitors. In 2004, he founded Wreck House Entertainment, which produces music out of his in-house studio and hosts parties and events. With three mixtapes under his belt: On My Way Home, Live From The Other Side, and Home Made Music, and with his forthcoming project, Porter’s Pot, on the way, Porter is definitely a force to be reckoned with. He has performed alongside the likes of Kendrick Lamar, 360, XV, Angel Haze, and Beanie Sigel, and was named one of the best performances at SXSW for 2012 by The Smoking Section. Also noted as one of Peter Rosenberg’s favorite up-andcoming artists to watch out for in the future, he has performed at SOB’s in NYC for Hot 97’s “Who’s Next Live” showcase. @DenziPorter
