The G-Unit boss faces charges after alleged assault….
Looks like Fif will have his time in court on another day. After being accused of domestic violence last month, the rapper saw his arraignment for the incident pushed back to August 5.
An arraignment for Curtis Jackson, best known as 50 Cent, was postponed to Aug. 5 after being originally scheduled for Monday in Van Nuys. The rapper, who was not in court on Monday, is facing criminal charges stemming from an alleged domestic violence incident in June. Jackson, 37, is accused of kicking his former girlfriend and vandalizing her Toluca Lake condominium, according to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
On June 23, Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to a call reporting a domestic violence incident involving a woman, a city attorney’s spokesman said in a statement. The woman had previously been in a three-year relationship with Jackson, with whom she has a child. During the argument, Jackson allegedly began destroying the woman’s home, causing an estimated $7,100 in damage. When she locked herself in her bedroom, Jackson allegedly kicked open the bedroom door and kicked her, causing an injury, according to the city attorney’s office.
