Art, talent and passion came together for yet another successful SCOPE event …
The energy inside of Stereo Live on November 10th could be felt the minute you walked in the door. SCOPE: Fashion & Art Expo’s fall show proved to be even bigger than the 1st show in July.
Photographers, clothing designers, painters, sketch artists and over 50 exhibitors lined the main floor with one of kind pieces and their newest designs. Artists were able to speak with visitors and sell their work, many for the first time. The main stage glowed from the huge LED screen that directed visitors from one stage to the next. The sounds of DJ Arsnik filled the main room and paved the way for performances by Ni’ela Rocks, Jeremiah Jay, Aye Yo Smiley and crowd favorite Chris Huston. If you looked up you could not help but notice the aerialist suspended from the ceiling performing acrobatic moves on the silk ribbon. SCOPE teamed up with the Debonair Lounge to bring the smooth and soulful sounds upstairs, which provided the perfect soundtrack to the SCOPE Slam gallery. Throughout the lounge SCOPE Slam displayed unique art pieces from the city’s independent artists. The Terrace Stage presented by Ziyani hosted Houston’s top up and coming hip hop artists throughout the show, along with live graffiti art. It was an event everyone could enjoy. You definitely do not want to miss the next show on March 2, 2014 at Stereo Live. Early bird tickets and exhibitor booths are on sale now at goscopeshow.com.
