Dr Dre Sells 51% Of His Dre Beats Electronics To HTC For $309 Million

Last year music producer Dr. Dre made $14 million dollar, this year he’s $309 million richer after selling 51% of his Dre Beats to HTC for $309. The deal was recently announced. The Taiwan-based smartphone maker will acquire 51 percent of the company, which Dre co-founded with Interscope Geffen A&M Records CEO Jimmy Iovine in 2006. Keep reading:
