Late last night Tuesday (April 17), pictures surfaced on the Interweb of Ma$e in the studio with Rick Ross, French Montana, Rico Love and Omarion. Many people started to wonder if the Harlem rapper was back. Well, you Ma$e fans are in for a treat, the platinum-selling artist is indeed back. Hip-Hop site XXLMag.Com reached out to French Montana and he confirmed that Ma$e was in the studio with them and recorded a collabo with him and Rick Ross. “We were in a Miami studio last night and Ma$e just stopped by,” Montana told XXL.“We were just workin’ on my album. We recorded two songs together—me, Ross and Ma$e. You might hear [Ma$e] on either my album [Excuse My French] or Ross’ [God Forgives, I Don’t] or both.”

Over this past weekend, Rick Ross took to his official Twitter account @RickyRozay to announce the release date for Bad Boy/Bronx rapper French Montana’s debut LP. This summer 2012, Montana will be releasing his first major debut, entitled Excuse My French. The disc is scheduled to hit shelves on July 17. The album is being executive produced by Rick Ross and Diddy.

Over this past weekend, Bronx Bombers French Montana, Chinx Drugz and Cheeze [Coke Boys] hit the NJ Turnpike, drove to Philly and visited DJ Cosmic Kev “Come Up” radio show on Power 99 FM. Following their interview, the New Yorkers dropped some hard bars over a few instrumentals. Last year, Montana signed a deal with Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment. The official remix to French Montana’s “Choppa Choppa Down” Ft. Rick Ross and Wiz Khalifa has been released. The original version features Waka Flocka and is off Montana’s mixtape Coke Boyz. The Bronx native is managed by Mizay Ent. and working on his debut LP Excuse My French, which is scheduled to hit stores this summer.
