Former Murder Inc artists Ja Rule, Lloyd and Ashanti reunited last night at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Singer Lloyd was the opening act for Diddy’s Dirty Money “Coming Home” tour. During Lloyd set, he brought out Ashanti to perform, “Southside.” Also, Ashanti brought out Ja Rule to perform “Always On Time.” Before exiting the stage, Ja performed his new single, “Real Life Fantasy.”

Things seem to be getting worst for Ja Rule. Last year he was sentenced to two years in prison for possession of a firearm. Yesterday Tuesday (March 22), The Queens rapper plead guilty to two counts of tax evasion of $3 million dollars. Ja is set to released two albums on June 7, Pain Is Love 2 and The Renaissance Project. Ja will begin his sentenced on June 8. Peep 50 tweet below:

As we previously reported, Ja Rule is scheduled to begin his two years jail sentenced on June 8. Just one day before Ja turns himself in, he will be releasing two different albums. Ja took to his twitter account @RuleYork and announced that he will be dropping Renaissance Project and Pain Is Love 2, on the same day.
