Earlier in the week, Juelz Santana of New York’s popular Hip-Hop group, the Harlem Diplomats was arrested for making terrorist threats, according to TMZ. HHW writer Don Bleek caught up with Juelz Santana at the Harlem Diplomats concert at the Best Buy Theatre, as part of the Red Bull Music Academy World Tour stop in NYC. Elz talked about his upcoming LP, entitled Born to Lose, Built to Win (which is dropping next year), his long-awaited I Can’t Feel My Face collaborative disc with Lil Wayne and Dipset’s Diplomatic Immunity 3 reunion album. Elz mentioned that he would like to work with Kanye West and Eminem. Elz is also featured in Video Girl, an upcoming movie with Meagan Good.

This past Friday (September 30), was a night to remember! The Harlem Diplomats (Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana and Freekey Zekey), with special guests Vado and ASAP Rock invaded the city, with a sold-out concert at the Best Buy Theatre in Times Square, for the last show of Red Bull Music Academy’s Five Out Of Five tour of New York City’s five boroughs. The Harlem natives, who performed with a live band, opened-up the show a little after 9pm.

For over the past five years, Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana has been working on a collaborative album, entitled I Can’t Feel My Face. There were a few false dates as to when the album was scheduled to hit shelves. Last week, Young Money rapper Mack Maine said in an interview that Weezy is still working on the LP with Santana. In a recent interview with Vibe magazine, Juelz confirmed the album, “It’s something that Me and Wayne been working on —a project that we been promoting the name.” says Juelz Santana.

After years of feuding with each other, the Harlem Diplomats ended their feud and got back together. Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Freekey Zekey and Juelz Santana released a song titled “Salute” and it was rumored that the duo was signing to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath label. Since then, fans have been wondering when will the Harlemites release their reunion album. They are still working on putting out a reunion album, as well as working on their solo obligations.
