Today Def Jam’s rapper Rick Ross received his fourth #1 album of his career and his highest first week ever. His latest offering, God Forgives, I Don’t sold over 225,000 copies in its first week, which was more than enough to earn him the number one spot on this week’s Billboard Top 200. Jay-Z and Dr. Dre was released earlier today Tuesday (July 17). On the cover, Ross sits in a Maybach, wearing a suede jacket and dark sunglasses. Do you have any thoughts about the artwork?
Just like the hook, “Real N****s” do real things and on the track, Gunplay and Rick Ross reminds us that they’re real n****s. Young Shun Beats handled the production. Earlier today, it was announced that rising Chicago rapper Rockie Fresh signed a deal with Rick Ross’ MMG. Back in January, Fresh released his mixtape, Driving 88 which helped him created a bigger buzz along with the viral videos he dropped. Fresh was also signed to Roc Nation management.
