Late last night Tuesday (April 17), pictures surfaced on the Interweb of Ma$e in the studio with Rick Ross, French Montana, Rico Love and Omarion. Many people started to wonder if the Harlem rapper was back. Well, you Ma$e fans are in for a treat, the platinum-selling artist is indeed back. Hip-Hop site XXLMag.Com reached out to French Montana and he confirmed that Ma$e was in the studio with them and recorded a collabo with him and Rick Ross. “We were in a Miami studio last night and Ma$e just stopped by,” Montana told XXL.“We were just workin’ on my album. We recorded two songs together—me, Ross and Ma$e. You might hear [Ma$e] on either my album [Excuse My French] or Ross’ [God Forgives, I Don’t] or both.”
Platinum-selling Def Jam recording artist Rick Ross recently wrapped up his “Rich Forever” European tour. In his newest Vlog, the Miami native travels to Bordeaux, France and Geneva, Switzerland. After his concert in France, Rozay and his team hit the city to have dinner with some glasses of wine. In Switzerland, Rozay was filmed working out in the gym for his daily “Reebok Regimen” workout. Next week, rapper Rick Ross will be leaving the states and going across the ponds for his ‘Rich Forever’ European tour, which kicks off (March 21) in Lille, France. The 14-stop trek will wrap-up in Manchester UK on April 4. Earlier in the week, it was officially announced that Rick Ross has signed on with Reebok Classics for an endorsement deal. Back in January, it was announced that music artist Swizz Beatz was working on a new mixtape. RapFix caught up with Swizzy recently, he revealed that Rick Ross, Nas, DMX , The Lox and A$AP Rocky will all be featured on his mixtape. “When the Rick Ross mixtape Rich Forever came out that inspired me to do a mixtape because sometimes people need to get back into the element of what you do, since they see you doing so many different ventures,” said Swizz Beatz, confirming that, “My first single is with me and A$AP Rocky.”
Over this past weekend, Rick Ross took to his official Twitter account @RickyRozay to announce the release date for Bad Boy/Bronx rapper French Montana’s debut LP. This summer 2012, Montana will be releasing his first major debut, entitled Excuse My French. The disc is scheduled to hit shelves on July 17. The album is being executive produced by Rick Ross and Diddy.
While on the set of his “MMG Untouchable” visual shoot, Miami’s rapper Rick Ross got a co-sign from music producer Timbaland. He has compared Ross to the late Notorious B.I.G. “Let me show ya’ll how to take it to the next level. The best with the best,” said Timbaland. “He’s the newest, reincarnated B.I.G. and that’s coming from the heart, a ni**a who worked with B.I.G. I’m telling you like it is.
