Shawn “Jay Z” Carter, 41, was in town recently dining at Atlanta’s popular Busy Bee soul food restaurant with Mayor Kasim Reed and Young Jeezy. Apparently, Atlanta is on the list of cities being considered by Jay Z for his franchise 40/40 sports bars, so he took a moment to meet with Mayor Kasim Reed to discuss the venture.
