One day before ‘Pac’s 40th birthday, convicted felon, murdered and robber Dexter Isaac, admits to shooting Tupac in the lobby of Quad Studio on November 7, 1994. Isaac is a former friend of music exec Jimmy Henchmen, who paid Dexter $2,500 for the hit; according to reports. Below is how AllHipHop.Com is reporting the story:

Behind The Scenes: Meek Mill Ft. Rick Ross “Tupac’s Back” Video Shoot [With Video & Pictures]
Last week, Maybach Music Group (Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill and Pill) were out in Los Angeles, shooting the video to Meek Millz track “Tupac Back” Ft. Rick Ross. Some parts of the video was shot in the Watts section of L.A. West coast rapper YC made a cameo in the video. MMG new album Self Made is now in stores and online.
