If you’re a new urban model just stepping in the game, you have to know the blueprint laid by the veteran model, Kimmi Kennedy… Returning to the Hip Hop Weekly magazine for the second time is one of our favorite models in the game. She first came to us in 2007 and went on to grace the covers and centerfolds of most of the major magazines in the urban modeling industry. But don’t call it a comeback!!!
Now the name Kimmi Kennedy reigns supreme when it comes to modeling or just being one of the baddest chicks on the planet. But she has entered into the music business as an artist and CEO of her own label, “Grind Hard, Play Harder” Records. This past Monday pre- 4th of July, Kimmi stopped by DJ Kay Slay’s Rhyme or Die competition in New York with a young, 17 yr. old rap prodigy, from Houston by the way of New Orleans, name Zaeil The Enigma and shut the spot down. Kimmi Kennedy is about to become a hip hop mogul with this young dude. She currently has two of her own songs, selling, respectively on Itunes, a hot new video to the song “Beautiful” and she’s on newsstands across America right now in your favorite hip hop magazine, Hip Hop Weekly! What will she do next? Well, I’ll bet my money on the Hustle Bunny, K- Cera! Check out her below!
